Buy Turkey Location VDS Servers

Choose an Intel Xeon VDS by your application's CPU, memory, storage and operating-system requirements.

RESOURCE CHOICE

Evaluate CPU, RAM and storage together

CPU capacity affects processing, memory holds active services and caches, while storage covers data volume and I/O behaviour.

Plan for peak periods, backup windows and expected growth instead of relying only on average utilisation.

  • Single-core or multi-core behaviour
  • Memory for databases and cache
  • Storage for logs, backups and growth

VDS SELECTION GUIDE

How should reliability and performance be evaluated when choosing a VDS?

Measure your application's CPU, memory and disk use during busy periods. Before ordering, confirm the network terms, backup restoration responsibilities and the process for adding resources.

  • Verify the data center location and its network proximity to your workload.
  • Review the processor family and virtualization profile in use.
  • Measure CPU, memory capacity and disk I/O requirements together.
  • Confirm that network, traffic allowance and port details are stated in the plan data.
  • Check public service-status and planned-maintenance channels.
  • Clarify backup coverage, retention and restore responsibility.
  • Understand the scope of technical support and how requests are handled.
  • Plan the upgrade path before additional resources are required.

A suitable choice comes from matching these criteria to measured application demand and verified plan information.

Frequently asked questions

VDS · Frequently asked questions

Common questions about selection and operation.

Which VDS processor should I choose?

Compare E5 plans for general web and application loads, and Platinum plans when you need a broader core and memory range.

Can I use Windows or Linux?

Choose Windows or Linux when the operating-system selector is available on the plan; check application and license requirements first.

Can VDS resources be upgraded?

The available transition depends on the plan and current system. Coordinate CPU, memory or storage growth with support.

What is the difference between VDS and VPS?

VPS plans use Xeon E5-2699 V4; VDS options use E5-2699 V4 or Platinum 8160; Ryzen VDS uses Ryzen 9950X3D. Intel plans have SSD storage, while Ryzen plans have NVMe SSD. The VDS and VPS labels alone do not establish different virtualization technology or dedicated physical cores.

How should a VDS be secured?

Use an updated operating system, strong authentication, restricted network access, application patches and tested backups together.
